The computer system beeped several times before the screen showed a state of the art computer system on a series of desks. Jase Dallas came into the frame and sat down wheeling closer to the camera. He frowned as he reached up and adjusted the camera. "Alright. Perfect. Time? Relativity still early. Location? Random safe house. Date? 113 WA." He adjusted in his seat and just stared at the camera for a long moment or so before he spoke. He gave a shake of his head before looking over the computer and spoke to someone not within the frame. "E this is useless. I mean if someone fin...." There a faint angelic voice in the background but with how the camera and microphone were facing him it was impossible to hear her clearly. "...I know no one will but.." He paused again as that voice spoke once more. He sighed with a smirk. "Okay okay." He glanced back to the camera. "Alright so uh. So this is my second video log since E took me out of the freezer. Since then I've done a number of jobs for her. All small time stuff at least compared to what I've done in the past but uh..." He glanced over the computer to where she was before looking back again. "...she tells me even the smallest jobs are important. They'll always lead to bigger and better things." He smiled and shrugged his shoulders. "I trust her. I have to. I mean she's the only person I know in this time." He sighed and adjusted in his seat gathering his thoughts before he continued.
"I tried using this database that E has. It stretches back a long length of time on recorded data but I can't find any mention of my brothers and sisters. Nothing pops as a mission profile they might have been a part of." Slight pause as he looks down and then back at the camera. "I don't want to say their dead but I mean it's been what? A couple centuries? They have to be dead. But E told me that men and women with my skill set wouldn't just be lost to the pages of history. She tells me there's still hope." He chuckled. "I've only known her for a short time but damn if she hasn't been right about everything so far." He chuckle before he continued. "I've done other jobs for other folks. Mostly shady deals but they want a body count. Of course I don't go to the meetings like this..." He motioned to his more laid back clothing of a form fitting under armor shirt and blue jeans with boots. He half turned so the camera feed so his sneaking suit and 'predator' like helm. "....I don't kill. I'm not an assassin. I think as time goes on and my success rate for missions rises more jobs will come my wa..." That voice was in the background. "....Sorry E." he glanced back to the camera. "More jobs will come our way." He smiled over the computer and back to the camera. "No matter what my loyalty lies with E. She saved my life. She didn't have to. She didn't have to unthaw me. Hell she could have killed me easily while I slept in that tube you know?" He smiled. "No matter what I learn on jobs for different organizations I'll always pass that intelligence onto her." He chuckled. "She knows the players. I don't. At least not yet but I'm learning fast." He motioned to the computers on the other table. "I spend several hours a day going through all the information that she has collected."
He snagged a water bottle and drained nearly half of it before setting it down again off camera. "I'm looking into a group that calls themselves the Hostage Hooligans." he rolled his eyes. "...but really I'm more interested in who they were trying to kidnap. Two women which E has yet to tell me who they are. Once I know I'm going to do some snooping around and see what I dig up." A slight pause. "That's really all I've got right now. I mean I'm still in the beginning phase of all of this." He motioned to everything around him. "The world has change. People have changed." He shrugged his shoulders. "...like E said. There's still hope." He smiled and gave a nod. "More to follow at a later date." He reached up to the camera and the feed was cut off.
