The Gritty Details
(Info, Rules & Guidelines for fighting in the Wager Pits)
_______________________________________________
+The Wager-Pits are Pit's 4, 5 & 6, on the grid. They are open to anyone and everyone
willing to fight for money. In some cases the Pit-Bosses will throw a fighter a bonus to
encourage them to fight if they are a prized fighter or a unique/specialty fighter.
e.g. Lilly ("Lethal lullaby" on the Underside) is a petite and gracefully lethal
fighter. So she may be paid just to fight, and then if she wins, she'll get
the wager pot as well, plus any bets she may have had made. +
+The Wager Pits are often where grudge matches are fought out between
the various walks that amble the Underside. +
+Pit 4 is used exclusively for Death Matches of the Wager-Pit variety. Meaning
in some grudge cases it's a "last man standing" situation and solution. In other
cases it can be a punishment from the Underboss to fight against any willing
fighter, to the death. +
+Fights can be played any way the participating players want to play it.
This means if both agree to play Turn Base, than that is how it goes.+
+If players CANNOT agree on how to play the fight, then they must plot a way out of it. +
+If a TB fight turns into an OOC fight of logic and possibility then the room pauses;
A Volunteer states the issue in SHORT (as few words as possible to make the point)
Then all MEMBERS of the SL participating OR WATCHING state in as few words
as possible, their take. If they simply agree with someone else, that's all
that should be said so the next player may be counted. +
+Players may use their vote comment to offer a solution to the scene.
If a resolution can't be met, there is a problem with the players
and their ability to play WITH each other in a combat scene.
We'll ask said players to avoid them.+
We're here to have fun, roll with the punches.
(Played Characters Only, though NPC's may be used in play and count as win/loss/kill)
(* means not all numbers were played, some were written in the char's history etc)
